At Hodi Hodi Stores, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below:

Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. All sales are considered final once the item has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Payment and Order Cancellation

  • Cash on Delivery (Nairobi): For orders within Nairobi, we accept cash on delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been dispatched for delivery.
  • Upfront Payments (Outside Nairobi): For orders outside Nairobi, full payment is required before your order is shipped. Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once the item has been shipped, the sale is final.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
